Job Summary: The Payroll Executive is responsible for processing employee salaries, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining payroll records. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and coordination with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.

• Maintain and update payroll records, including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, and other labor laws.

• Working on compliance.

• Calculate bonuses, incentives, reimbursements, and final settlements.

• Address payroll-related queries from employees.

• Prepare payroll reports for management and auditors.

• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and tax filings.

• Assist in audits and ensure payroll records are maintained securely.

• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.

• On-site compliance coordination with the Customer.

• Handle all the Payroll queries of employees on call.

• Employee Strength 500+

• Coordinate with the Medical insurance Edition member

• Onboarding Processing / Documentation / Exit FNF process Calculation.

• Coordinating with vendors and the 3rd party payroll team.

• Salary Slips/offer letter / Appointment letters / NDA Required

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in payroll processing.

Strong knowledge of payroll software and Excel.

Familiarity with tax and labor laws related to payroll.

High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Software Skills 1. HRMS software. 2. Spine Software.
