We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our team at Mkc Infrastructure Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and timely

Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and time sheets

Prepare and maintain payroll-related documents such as salary slips, bonus, increments, arrears, etc.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, Income Tax, etc.)

Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, tax, and other payroll-related issues

Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for disbursement of salary and other reimbursements

Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll

Generate payroll MIS reports as required by management

Update employee records related to onboarding, exits, and salary changes

Maintain confidentiality of payroll data

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Proficient in MS Excel and data handling. High attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
