Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:
Mazenet is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR responsibilities, including grievance handling, performance management, and improving workplace productivity. The ideal candidate should possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain a positive work environment and align HR practices with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution in alignment with company policies.
Proactively identify workplace issues and implement effective solutions to maintain harmony and boost morale.
Support and guide departmental managers in decision-making related to staffing, performance, and employee engagement.
Develop strategies and initiatives aimed at increasing overall employee productivity and satisfaction.
Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems and track employee progress.
Facilitate employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and workplace culture improvements.
Conduct regular one-on-one and team HR connects to gauge employee concerns and suggest improvements.
Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights to management.
Coordinate recruitment efforts and participate in interviews, especially for mid-level roles.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–5 years of progressive experience in core HR functions.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage employee grievances and conflict resolution tactfully.
Proven record in enhancing employee productivity and engagement.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management software/tools.
Preferred Attributes:
Certification in HR Management or Industrial Relations is a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced or technology-driven organization will be an added advantage.
