Job Title: Payroll Executive
Reports to: HR Manager & General Manager
Job Summary:
- Responsible for managing and processing payroll transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits;
- Responsibility to manage ESI, PF & TDS deductions;
- Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Process payroll transactions, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits;
2) Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality;
3) Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and resolve payroll-related issues;
4) Ensure compliance with tax laws, labour laws and other regulatory requirements;
5) Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including pay slips and management reports;
6) Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to payroll;
7) Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
Requirements:
1) 4-5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a similar industry;
2) Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations;
3) Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office;
4) Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities;
5) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
