Key Responsibilities:
· Collect and verify attendance, leave, and overtime data from relevant departments or systems.
· Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time.
· Ensure all statutory deductions like PF, ESI, PT, and TDS are properly calculated and submitted.
· Prepare salary slips and resolve employee payroll queries.
· Maintain up-to-date payroll records and employee compensation details.
· Coordinate with finance for disbursement of salaries.
· Assist in preparation and submission of statutory returns (PF, ESI, etc.) and labor compliance reports.
· Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and sensitive employee information.
· Support HR operations such as employee joining, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in payroll or HR operations.
Basic knowledge of payroll practices and statutory compliance.
Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Spine, Saral Paypack, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong MS Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
