Process monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
Handle salary revisions, bonus calculations, reimbursements, and final settlements.
Reconcile payroll and validate reports before processing.
Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement and related queries.
Maintain employee data in HRMS and keep payroll records updated.
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
Prepare payroll reports for management and audits.
Support audits (internal/external) related to payroll processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in payroll processing or HR operations.
