Reports to: HR Manager
The Payroll Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of the organization’s payroll. This includes computing salaries, deductions, reimbursements, statutory contributions, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and resolving payroll-related queries.
Providing support to employees regarding the HRIS and its functionalities.
Generating reports and analytics using HRIS data for decision-making.
Handling employee inquiries related to HRIS.
Serving as a point of contact for employees, communicating HR updates, and coordinating
various HR activities.
Maintain employee records, compensation, and benefits information, ensuring accuracy and
compliance.
Handle payroll and compliance management. And ensure that salary calculations are completed
by 01st of every month.
Look after recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates.
Assisting with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
The role involves assisting the Manager in their tasks and following instructions as and when
given. Additional duties may be assigned in the future as required.
