Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, incentives, and statutory compliances.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Prepare and verify monthly payroll reports and payslips.
Handle PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory filings.
Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for employee reimbursements and queries.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll data.
Stay updated on labor laws and statutory compliance changes.
Good knowledge of payroll software (Tally / Excel / HRMS tools).
Strong understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Excel.
