Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and organized female Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination

• Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence

• Maintain files, records, and documentation

• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and office communication

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients when required

• Monitor inventory and manage office supplies

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Presentable and professional behavior

• Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage

Preferred Qualities:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to multitask and work independently
