We are looking for a Founder’s Office Associate, a versatile, entrepreneurial individual who can work directly with the founder to drive strategy, execution, and growth across business functions.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving problems, and can quickly switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will act as an analogue to the founder, supporting everything from sales and marketing to pitching, process improvement, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales: Assist in lead generation, investor and client pitches, partnership outreach, and follow-ups.
Marketing & Communication: Create and manage presentations, proposals, decks, and campaigns that effectively tell CLUIX’s story.
Cross-Functional Bridge: Work with the technical team to translate product updates into business insights for clients, investors, and partners.
Systems & Processes: Identify gaps in operations and implement improvements for scale and efficiency.
Strategic Projects: Support the founder in high-priority initiatives including fundraising, new market entry, and team building.
Representation: Represent the founder in meetings, events, or external conversations when required.
Who You Are
2–5 years of experience in consulting, startups, business operations, or founder’s office roles.
Strong generalist with the ability to adapt quickly across sales, marketing, and operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical and structured thinker with a “get things done” attitude.
Entrepreneurial mindset with eagerness to learn, hustle, and take ownership.
