Roles and Responsibilities
Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from various departments (recruitment, finance, operations, etc.).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in data entry and reporting.
Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking and trend analysis.
Generate ad-hoc reports for business reviews, audits, and strategy meetings.
Maintain databases, trackers, and reporting templates (Excel, ERP, or other internal systems).
Handle vendor registration paperwork, agreements, NDAs, and related documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for document validation and sign-offs.
Ensure all vendor and client agreements are updated in the system and properly filed.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or MIS tools.
Good understanding of data validation and reporting standards.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Must know the Hindi language.
