Job Description: Jr. Executive – Admin cum HR

Roles & Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

• Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.

• Support onboarding and induction of new employees.

• Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll data management.

• Help in employee engagement activities and internal communication.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

• Provide basic support in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) under guidance.

Admin Responsibilities:

• Handle office administration tasks (stationery, office supplies, housekeeping coordination).

• Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees.

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the office.

• Maintain records of office assets, bills, and payments.

• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.

Education & Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Preference for candidates with MBA (HR) / MSW (Human Resource Management).

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin will be considered.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Basic understanding of HR policies and admin processes.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary & Location:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
