Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Internal Coordinator (Female) for our administrative team. The role involves coordinating between departments, managing daily tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting smooth internal operations. This position requires someone with strong communication, follow-up skills, and a bold personality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a communication bridge between internal departments and management.
· Take ownership of follow-ups on assigned tasks, ensuring timely completion.
· Maintain internal coordination records, schedules, and reports.
· Support administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and communication.
· Assist in daily office operations and ensure timely execution of instructions from management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
· Strong follow-up skills and ability to push tasks to closure.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and Email handling).
· Must be fluent in Hindi and have a basic understanding of English.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Confident, bold personality with the ability to take initiative.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
