We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage payroll and attendance processes, ensure accurate and timely salary payouts, and handle employee documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong ethical values, a people-first approach, and a commitment to fostering a positive and growth-oriented workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Oversee attendance and leave management systems, ensuring records are properly maintained and updated.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documentation.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Coordinate with accounts and management for timely salary disbursement.
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and documentation.
Ensure all HR activities are conducted ethically and transparently, supporting employee career growth and well-being.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or attendance management.
Knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and confidentiality.
