Job Description – HR Generalist (Female Only)

Soni Sapphire, a well-established name in the jewellery industry, is looking for a skilled and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team at our Rajouri Garden Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, employee engagement, and grievance management. She will also ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws while maintaining accurate HR documentation.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Prior experience in HR operations and a solid understanding of HR practices are preferred.
