Support conflict resolution and provide guidance to managers.
Champion initiatives to drive employee morale and retention.
3️⃣ Performance Management
Manage annual and mid-year performance review cycles.
Support managers with coaching and employee development plans.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
4️⃣ Compliance & Policy Administration
Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Recommend and implement policy updates when needed.
5️⃣ Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
Support payroll and benefits administration.
Conduct internal pay reviews and benchmarking.
Enhance HR processes for efficiency and consistency.
