Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment activities. The role involves managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, supporting talent acquisition, and driving employee engagement to create a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/HRIS.

• Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.

• Support performance management system and appraisal processes.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.

• Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution with professionalism.

• Coordinate training and development programs.

• Organize employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.

• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.

• Act as a link between employees and management to maintain a healthy work culture.

• Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.

• Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
