Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes

• Help prepare HR reports and presentations

• Conduct market research on HR trends, best practices, and benchmarking

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
