Job Title: HR Executive/HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR processes that support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

• Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.

• HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

  • Draft HR policies, letters, and contracts as per organizational requirements.

• Payroll & Attendance Management:

  • Support in payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave, and other inputs.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and working hours.

• Performance Management:

  • Assist in appraisal cycles and performance review processes.

  • Track employee performance and provide data support to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
