Designation: Junior Human Resource Executive
Role: Full-Time (Junior Level)
As a Junior Human Resource Executive at TQI, you will play a key role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment cycle and day-to-day HR operations. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT and non-IT positions while also contributing to core HR functions such as onboarding, attendance monitoring, documentation, and employee coordination. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently and ensure smooth operational workflow.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them across job portals and social platforms.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for diverse roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with team leads and hiring managers.
Maintain and update applicant tracking sheets and candidate databases.
Support onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation processes.
Help track attendance, maintain HR records, and assist with payroll inputs.
Prepare performance sheets and support evaluation processes.
Coordinate with selected candidates for reference checks and follow-ups.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, and documentation.
