Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Senior Executive with hands-on experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes, statutory compliance, and talent acquisition, contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle end-to-end processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, update HRIS data, manage HR documentation, and support HR audits.
Payroll Coordination: Collate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, variable pay, etc.) and coordinate with the Payroll Partner and Finance team for accurate and timely salary processing.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding new hires.
HR Documentation & Reporting: Prepare HR letters (offer, increment, relieving, etc.), generate MIS reports, and support HR analytics.
Employee Engagement & Support: Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and address employee queries on HR policies and benefits.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree; MBA in HR or equivalent (preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/HRIS systems.
