We are looking for passionate and motivated professionals to join Jobgenix. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment and business development process, from identifying potential candidates or clients to evaluating, onboarding, and ensuring smooth communication.
Create and update job descriptions across multiple roles.
Source and engage candidates or clients using online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess suitability.
Advertise job openings on portals and social media channels.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers on hiring needs.
Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualification: Minimum Qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: Experience Range (fresher to mid-level professionals welcome).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and resume databases.
Ability to work independently with good judgment and professionalism.
Working Days: Working Days (e.g., Monday to Saturday or as per company policy).
