Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
Manage exit formalities including clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements.
Support HR audits and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive and productive work culture.
