Job Description – Human Resources Associate
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Associate to join our
dynamic HR team. This role will provide comprehensive support across multiple HR functions,
including recruitment, campus hiring, payroll assistance, employee engagement, and
compliance. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on HR experience, strong organizational
skills, and a passion for creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening,
conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
o Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
o Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
o Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to support campus hiring
initiatives.
o Plan and execute recruitment drives, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and
finalizing selections.
o Promote the organization as an employer of choice among students and fresh graduates.
2. Payroll Assistance
o Support the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
o Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and labour laws
o Address and resolve employee payroll-related queries.
3. Employee Engagement
o Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
o Organize events, workshops, and activities to boost employee satisfaction and
motivation.
o Gather feedback through surveys and recommend improvements to enhance employee
experience.
4. General HR Functions
o Support HR management in implementing policies, procedures, and compliance
requirements.
o Assist with employee relations, training & development, and performance
management.
o Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
o Provide support in handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(Master’s degree preferred).
o Minimum 1 year of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment, payroll, and
employee engagement.
o Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll practices, and relevant labor laws.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
o Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
