Fluid3 Infotech Private Limited in Meerut, Meerut Bypass is looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to manage the full recruitment cycle. This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 along with career growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Manage and resolve employee queries. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.Provide day-to-day performance guidance to the operations (e.g. counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Develop and execute employee engagement plans along with R&R for the employees. Identifies training needs for the project span(s) and individual executive coaching needs. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Performs other related duties as assigned. Coordinate with other HR team members for timely and effective flow of information.Plan and execute employment engagement initiatives, fun sessions, town halls etc.Create and maintain Headcount and attrition reports.Job Requirements:Candidates must have Graduate and 0.5-2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in similar roles. Strong communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must.
