Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee and participate in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Drive and implement HR programs and initiatives related to talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices.
