We are now looking for a dedicated full-time HR Executive to manage and strengthen our people operations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive who can oversee end-to-end HR processes. From recruitment to employee engagement, this role will ensure seamless HR operations across our warehouse and corporate teams, supporting a culture of performance, growth, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage hiring across warehouse, operations, customer support, marketing, and creative functions.

  • Draft JDs, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, salary negotiation, and coordinate onboarding.

• Payroll & Compliance

  • Maintain attendance and leave records.

  • Manage payroll, employee records, and statutory compliance.

• Performance Management & Training

  • Define KRAs/KPIs, assist in appraisal processes.

  • Support training initiatives for product knowledge and skill enhancement.

• Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan employee engagement activities.

  • Resolve grievances and build a positive, performance-driven work environment.

• HR Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain HR dashboards and generate staffing/productivity reports.

  • Ensure smooth communication between warehouse and office teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1+ years of HR experience in e-commerce, retail, or D2C companies.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and HR documentation.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage HR operations for both warehouse and corporate staff.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR software/tools.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or online retail industry.

• Exposure to HR analytics and performance management systems.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-driven e-commerce setup.
