1.Manage end-to-end recruitment for in-house hiring, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
2.Source candidates using various job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) to find qualified candidates.
3.Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and video interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills.
4.Schedule interviews, maintain communication with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
5.Track and manage candidate applications and update records in the recruitment system or database.
6.Prepare and extend job offers in coordination with hiring managers and HR team.
7.Assist in negotiating compensation packages and other terms with selected candidates.
8.Provide timely feedback to candidates post-interview and ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process.
9.Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
10.Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
