HR Intern (Fresher) – Remote Internship
About the Opportunity
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our Human Resources team for a 2-month remote internship. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure across key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding and induction programs to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and virtual events.
Assist in drafting HR policies, guidelines, and official communication.
Provide support with payroll and compliance-related tasks.
Collaborate with different departments on HR-related requirements.
