Human Resources Executive
Role Summary:
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for efficiently managing the organization's workforce and ensuring smooth HR processes for employees. This role handles recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting the selection process for new hires.
Managing employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Ensuring payroll processing and statutory compliance, such as PF, ESI, and other labor laws.
Handling employee queries and grievances and providing appropriate solutions.
Planning and executing training and development programs.
Implementing and updating HR policies.
Supporting employee engagement activities and performance appraisals.
