· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

· Leverage job portals & free job portal for effective talent sourcing.
· Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and manage database effectively.
· Use data and metrics to drive improvements in the recruitment process.
· Conduct induction sessions and complete documentation formalities for new joiners.
· Coordinate and execute background verification checks.
· Maintain and update candidate and employee databases with accuracy.
· Conduct and assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
· Participate actively in Reward and Recognition (R&R) programs.
· Support HR operations and ensure a seamless onboarding and employee experience.
