Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to manage our company’s HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace environment, ensure smooth HR operations, and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records (attendance, payroll data, leaves, performance evaluations).

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and legal compliance.

• Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a healthy workplace culture.

• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally.

• Coordinate training & development programs based on skill gaps and team requirements.

• Process payroll with the finance department and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).

• Assist with performance management cycles, appraisals, and promotions.

• Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and documentation for audits and management reviews.

• Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).

• 2–5 years of proven HR generalist experience.

• Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong ethics and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling IT/tech hiring (if applicable).

• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.

• Exposure to tools like Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
