We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth implementation of company policies and procedures.
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
Maintain candidate databases and job postings on relevant platforms.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, workshops, and training sessions.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
4. Policy Implementation & Administration
Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
Draft and update HR policies, circulars, and letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.).
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Positive attitude and strong ethical values.
Team player with problem-solving mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
