KC Garments Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will support employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and office management to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle payroll coordination and attendance tracking.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Organize training and development programs.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and vendor management.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
Maintain documentation and filing systems.
Support management in organizing meetings, events, and internal communications.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline within the office premises.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
