Role Overview

As an HR – Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in hiring Executives, Team Leaders, and Managers for our Collections department. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we bring in the best talent to strengthen our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.

• Maintain candidate databases and prepare hiring reports.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (BPO/Collections hiring preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Proficiency with MS Office and recruitment platforms (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
