We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented BPO Recruiter (Field Operations) who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for our BPO operations. The role requires extensive field sourcing, campus drives, and on-ground hiring activities to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Responsible for bulk hiring of candidates for voice/non-voice BPO processes through field sourcing.
Conduct recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and open market hiring.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and ensure hiring is aligned with business requirements.
Coordinate with business leaders and HR team to understand manpower planning.
Handle pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Regularly update hiring status reports and meet defined hiring targets.
Build strong sourcing pipelines through vendors, consultants, and local networks.
Conduct field visits for local tie-ups, advertisements, and lead generation.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1–3 years of experience in BPO hiring / field recruitment.
Strong knowledge of bulk hiring, sourcing channels, and local market trends.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment activities.
