Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including:
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Conducting telephonic interviews
Coordinating interviews with clients or internal departments
Maintain candidate databases and track applicant progress
Communicate effectively with candidates and clients regarding job roles, interview feedback, and joining process
Promote job openings through marketing channels like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
Maintain professional communication and follow-up for selected candidates
Meet weekly or monthly recruitment targets set by the management
Support onboarding, documentation, and orientation activities
