Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for conducting full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing candidates. They will also help to develop and promote an employer branding strategy.
Job Responsibilities
• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and candidate interviewing.
• Ability to develop and promote an employer branding strategy. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the talent management industry is a plus. • Understanding & analysing the need of Business units & working on job descriptions.
• Hiring for Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance & Accounts, T&D and other business functions.
• Creating requisitions & posting job ads on job portals.
• Sourcing & Screening • Receiving applications, screening through, sorting out profiles based on prerequisites & skill sets.
• Processing the qualified candidates, preparing them for the Interview Process
