Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases

• Screening resumes and conducting telephonic or in-person interviews

• Coordinating with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback

• Maintaining candidate databases and reports

• Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates

• Supporting employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

• Hands-on experience in using MS Office and recruitment tools

• Team player with a proactive attitude

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1 to 3 years of relevant recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy)
