As a trainee, you will learn the ins and outs of recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute full-cycle recruitment processes.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Support senior recruiters and hiring managers in identifying top talent.

• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating feedback.

• Develop strong candidate and client relationships.

Requirements:
