We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Vision 360 Visionary Business Solutions Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, BPO, Field Sales, and BFSI positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and references.
Conduct initial interviews and schedule further rounds with clients or internal teams.
Manage bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus recruitment activities.
Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Handle vendor empanelment and manage recruitment partners for volume hiring.
Conduct college empanelment activities for fresher hiring.
Maintain daily MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in hardcore recruitment (Sales / BPO / BFSI preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in bulk and mass hiring.
Good knowledge of client coordination and vendor management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
