Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads, ensuring smooth communication and timely feedback.
Onboarding & Induction:
Handle joining formalities, conduct induction programs, and ensure new employees are familiar with company policies and culture.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee databases, attendance records, and personnel files accurately.
Payroll & HR Documentation Support:
Assist in preparing attendance reports, leave summaries, and coordinate with accounts for salary processing.
Performance Monitoring Support:
Support performance appraisal processes and track employee performance metrics in coordination with department heads.
Training & Development Assistance:
Identify training needs, coordinate internal or external training sessions, and maintain training records.
Employee Engagement:
Organize staff welfare activities, team-building events, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
Ensure HR policies, dealership rules, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.) are followed as per company and government norms.
