Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and discipline HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making offers. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities :
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate job offers and coordinate the offer process.
Support HR initiatives, such as on boarding and recruitment marketing efforts.
