Job Summary

Urban Standz Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Mysore. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and want to grow in the HR domain. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to support our expanding workforce.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

2. Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications.

3. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

4. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

5.Interview Coordination

6. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

7. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates.

8. Documentation & Onboarding

9.Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents.

10. Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth induction of new hires.

11. Database Management

12. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

13. Generate reports on hiring status and recruitment metrics.

14. Stakeholder Collaboration

15. Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.

16. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

17. Employer Branding

18. Promote UrbanStandz Pvt Ltd as an employer of choice through social media and job platforms.

19. Participate in career fairs and campus drives when required.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internships count!).

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.

5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
