Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Thaltej Ahmedabad
Experience: Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Qualification: MBA/BBA or any related field (Preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹1.80 LPA• + Incentives + Bonuses
Working Days: Monday to Friday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off, Sundays & Festivals Off)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Role & Responsibilities:

· Handle end-to-end recruitment process across various sectors and job levels.

· Identify and source candidates using job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, and personal networks.

· Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to assess their suitability as per client requirements.

· Coordinate with Client Account Managers and Business Development Heads to understand job roles and share qualified profiles.

· Schedule and manage interview processes, while ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates.

· Share timely feedback and updates with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

· Negotiate salary expectations and ensure alignment with company/client budgets.

· Collaborate with the backend team to ensure onboarding and training of selected candidates.
