Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update candidate records in CRM/ATS systems.
Understand client requirements, job specifications, and expectation levels.
Share suitable profiles with clients and follow up for feedback.
Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment life cycle and sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), Boolean search, and networking.
