🎯 Job Description: HR Recruiter (BPO Recruitment)We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team and focus on high-volume BPO hiring. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.Key Responsibilities * Sourcing Candidates: Actively source, screen, and select candidates suitable for various BPO/Call Center roles using job portals, social media, and internal databases. * Calling & Screening: Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills (English), and job fit. * Recruitment Management: Manage the entire interview lifecycle from sourcing to offer letter generation. * Strong Follow-up: Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with candidates to ensure low drop-out rates and a smooth onboarding process. * Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring BPO recruitment needs. * Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.Requirements and Qualifications| Category | Details ||---|---|| Education | HSC (12th Grade) Pass or Graduate in any field. || Experience | Prior recruitment experience (especially BPO/high-volume) is preferred, but motivated freshers with the right skills may be considered. || Skills | Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory). || | Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive demeanor. || | Highly organized with a strong emphasis on follow-up and closure. || | Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). |Offer Details * Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 in-hand per month (commensurate with experience). * Shift: Day Shift (Standard Business Hours). * Week Off: Sunday (Fixed). * Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai.Would you like me to add a section for How to Apply or refine any of the listed responsibilities?
