Position - HR Recruiter

We are seeking an energetic HR Recruiter with 6+ months of hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, detail-oriented, and able to

thrive in a flexible work environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.

2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.

3.Handle offer negotiation, selection, and onboarding formalities.

4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

5.Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience

6. Utilize various sourcing platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, networking) to attract top talent.

7. Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Work Structure & Location

Hybrid Model: Candidates may choose Work from Home or On-Site.

Qualifications & Skills

1.Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience (IT or non-IT).

2. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4.Ability to manage multiple mandates and meet deadlines.
