Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and create clear job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.

• Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Coordinate the recruitment process end-to-end.

• Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.

• Manage onboarding formalities for selected candidates.

• Build strong relationships with hiring teams and candidates.

• Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools.

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/portals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bulk hiring / technical hiring (optional, based on company).

• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
