Schedule and manage candidate calls and interviews.
Assist in resume preparation and formatting.
Handle email communication and respond promptly to queries.
Monitor and update daily candidate progress reports (calls, resumes, mails, etc.).
Provide candidate explanations about the job process, company policies, and follow-up steps.
Maintain regular follow-ups until candidates complete their joining process.
If a candidate makes a payment (service fee), you’ll receive a percentage-based incentive.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and the internal team.
